• Physical items are sent from Spain. Shipping times vary depending on your location, typically 3–7 business days for domestic orders and up to 14 days for international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products (printables and handmade stationery), all sales are final.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
